Franchise Pricing

We are selling only one franchise per city to the right candidate. The price for the territory is based on the population count for the city and surrounding areas.

The territory purchase price will require at least 20% down and the remaining balance financed up to 6 years at 10%. A 10% discount will be offered if the territory is paid for in full at the time of the contract closing.

The price includes a credit of $750 to the territory owner for travel expenses to Tupelo, MS where you will go through our 1 week training program.

HQ will always be your office and will answer phones, type reports, send invoices, and try to collect on your invoices.

Royalty fees are between 5 and 10% depending on yearly gross sales. The more billing you do, the less HQ takes in fees.

Your overhead is very low because HQ is your office and you operate out of your own house.
